This guide supports charity organizations onboarding into the HALAL SNS Zakat Portal, ensuring transparent, ledger-verified donation tracking.

Registration Steps

• Open the Charity Portal
• Submit required details:
  • Charity name
  • Legal documents
  • Registration certificate
  • Bank details
  • Contact representative

Integrity Verification Process

Once submitted:

• Documents are hashed and transformed into a Verifiable Proof (Proof Engine); events recorded on the Global Integrity Ledger
• Charity enters "Pending Verification" state
• Admins validate documents and approve (actions signed and ledger-recorded)

Charity Dashboard Features

• Donation Analytics — Total donations, donation patterns, donor regions
• Update Donors — Post updates: project progress, fund allocation, completion reports

Receipt Confirmation

Each donation triggers:

• Ledger-recorded event on the Global Integrity Ledger
• Verifiable receipt (Proof Engine) stored in Distributed Content Storage
